Deficit is your new weight-management lifestyle solution. We provide personalised plans for fat loss (or muscle gain) tailored to what you are trying to achieve, based on you and your lifestyle. Our goal is to change the way you think about food and get you to a place where you are happy and enjoying food again, instead of scrimping on calories or sticking to a strict diet plan.

Everyone is different so there is no set timeframe. We do not believe in x-week challenges or one size fits all plans. Everyone has different goals, and people’s bodies respond differently too. It’s about working with you to figure out what works for you and adjust your plan as you start to see results, until you get to your happy place.

No way! They are adjusted as you progress through your plan. Each amount is specific to you, and depends where you are in your plan and how you are progressing. Generally, your calories will start off lower (don't freak out!) but they will increase from there, depending what plan you are on. Eventually you will have all the calories you could dream of!
